Ruben B. Martinez

Upon retiring from federal service after 32 years, the last 20 years of which he was employed as a Deportation Officer with Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE), Mr. Ruben B. Martinez joined the Law Offices of Ramin Ghashghaei. Prior to his employment with the federal government, Mr. Martinez served four years in the United States Marine Corps, subsequently returning to his East Los Angeles community and beginning a career with the federal government. Mr. Martinez fulfilled a promising career where during his tenure he occupied the positions of: Special Assistant to the District Director of Management, Legalization Adjudicator, Immigration Inspector, Fugitive Operations, and most recently Juvenile Coordinator for the Los Angeles District Office. Mr. Martinez's career allowed him to cultivate and maintain a number of beneficial relationships with various organizations and individual members within the federal government. This includes, but is not limited to: law enforcement agencies, children’s services organizations and various members of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Upon his retirement, Mr. Martinez was recognized for his outstanding dedication and service by distinguished members of the federal government as well as various organizations, elected officials and attorney organizations: President of the United States, Governor of California, California Senator, Mayor of Los Angeles, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. Mr. Martinez’s experience, vast resources and knowledge of the immigration process and procedures make him an invaluable asset to the Law Offices of Ramin Ghashghaei.
Behnam Gharagozli

As the Managing Attorney of True Legal Help, PC and General Counsel of Adriden Global, Inc., Ben handle commercial, criminal, family and civil rights matters. Ben is a strong litigator with diverse experience as he has worked in the public, private, and judicial sectors. Currently, Ben’s clientele includes both individuals and companies in sensitive and high profile matters.
Prior to True Legal Help, PC, Ben worked as an extern for the United States Attorney’s Office, as a summer associate for an international law firm and as a judicial extern to the Honorable Marilyn Hall Patel of the Northern District of California.
Ben received his B.A. with Highest Distinction from UC Berkeley and his J.D. from UC Hastings College of the Law where he graduated cum laude. While in law school, he participated in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition where his team’s brief won first place in the United States Pacific Super Regional Competition. He was also a Development Editor of the Hastings International and Comparative Law Review, where he published a note on international criminal law.
Ben is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Wayani Taylor

Wayani is sensitive to criminal matters that have immigration consequences. For the past 6 years, Wayani has focused his interest in the areas of criminal and immigration law. He has successfully represented numerous individuals in Immigration Court, before the board of Immigration Appeals and in Federal Court in deportation proceedings and federal litigation. He has extensive experience in all types of criminal cases, successfully defending the accused no matter what the accusations are.
Wayani began his legal career representing an array of entertainment industry clients, including Grammy-winning recording artists, musicians and producers, music labels, management companies, production companies, concert production and venue companies, and professional athletes. Wayani’s transactional experience includes drafting, negotiating and reviewing various contracts from the motion picture, television, music, and new media industries.
Wayani attended the University of California at Riverside where he distinguished himself as a scholar and student leader. He ultimately achieved a Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, and graduated Phi Beta Kappa. Wayani’s hard work at UC Riverside garnered the recognition of the University of Southern California Law School in Los Angeles, one of the nation's top law schools, where he was awarded a tuition scholarship. While at USC Law, Wayani participated in moot court competitions, was active as a student leader, and also enrolled at the University of Southern California Annenberg School for Communications, where he earned a Masters of Arts Degree in Communication Management, finishing among the top students in his class.
Wayani is licensed to practice law in the state of California and is admitted to practice before each of the U.S. District Courts in California.

Yanira Estrada

Yanira has been working for law professionals for more than 20 years in the Immigration field, and working with Ramin Ghashghaei Attorney At Law since 1997. Yanira Estrada was recommended to and was hired by Ramin Ghashghaei, an important member of the Los Angeles County Bar and Washington DC. She has assisted with the managing of very difficult cases and helping Mr. Ghashghaei win a variety of difficult immigration challenges. Yanira has a wide range of experience in drafting legal documents, legal research, translating Spanish to English legal documents and directly responsible for the Spanish speaking accounts. At the present time, Yanira is also assisting other members of the firm with immigration, criminal and personal injury cases. Yanira together with Mr. Ghashghaei conducted many immigration radio talk shows to help the Spanish community.
Yanira is native of El Salvador with college education in the United States. She was recognize by The El Salvador Consular and awarded the Certificate of Recognition by Senator Gilbert A. Cedillo in 2009. Yanira is an important voice in the Latin community for all her hard work and dedication to help fellow salvadoreans and Mexican and Central American brothers and sisters.
Marlen Zamora

Marlen has been a legal assistant for the Law Offices of Ramin Ghashghaei for over 7 years. She has an extensive resume of over 15 years of experience in personal injury and 10 years of experience in immigration law. As a legal assistant to the attorney, she has hands on experience with both personal injury and immigration law. She has successfully assisted the Law Offices of Ramin Ghashghaei to gainfully win thousands of cases for the clients. She takes pride in her legal work which brings her such great joy and satisfaction.
